A two-day excursion, departure from Djerba and Zarzis just enough to get away from the city towards a setting of another world… A setting worthy of miles and one night to enjoy the endless fine sand dunes. sight, of a ride on the back of a camel or quad, of a night under the stars where the Milky Way seems to be within reach…. Of a Berber evening in the true sense of the word…. a night in the Tunisian desert is a dream come true.
We will pick you up from your hotel in Djerba early in the morning and we will leave towards Ksar Ghilane by the Roman road. Along the way, you will see the beautiful semi-desert landscapes of the Berber region, you can stop where you want to take pictures, breaks are planned. We will start with the salt lake of Zarzis, a very astonishing place with changing colors. Then we will visit Chenini, an ancient Berber village, then Guermassa, where we will have lunch. Then direction Ksar Ghilane where the stone desert gives way to the ocher sand desert.
