Description
Not far from the Algerian border, springs spring up and small oases offer their shade, Tamerza and its waterfalls, Midès and its canyons and the beautiful oasis of Chebika.
The site of Ong
Jmel owes its name a boulder carved by erosion that resembles a camel's neck
(Ong Jmel in Arabic). The venue was used for the making of the film "The
English Patient" by director Anthony Minghella.
