Description
Tataouine is the extreme south of Tunisia. To get there, you will leave Djerba via the Roman road towards Tataouine, visit the spice market. Then you will go to Chénini. This picturesque ridge village built on a mountain. You will certainly like its horizontal type cave dwellings which are still inhabited.

Arrival in Chahbania and photo break in the famous salt lake.
Arrival in Tataouine, made famous thanks to the old French prison, visit of the market and the city center.
Continue to Chenini, the village topped by a rocky ridge at the foot of which rises a very old mosque, passing through the Ksar Ouled Soltan "Collective granary considered to be the best preserved".
Lunch in Chenini at the Kenza restaurant or similar.
Guided tour of the Berber village of Chenini.
Departure to Ksar Hadada; arrived and visit of the filming location of some scenes from the famous movie “Star wars”….
Departure to Djerba via the Roman road.
